Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations work for purchases made from Antimattr Private Limited (“Antimattr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for hardware products and related accessories.
Pre-orders and cancellations
Before shipment
All pre-orders are fully refundable before the product is shipped.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting support@antimattr.one.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment provider processing timelines.
Returns after delivery (standard return window)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
the product is unused or lightly used for inspection,
it is returned in its original packaging,
all accessories and documentation are included.
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of misuse or damage.
Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless defective:
used ear tips or hygiene-sensitive accessories,
customized or personalized products,
clearance or final sale items.
Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives defective or is damaged:
contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
provide photos or videos if requested.
We will offer, at our discretion:
a replacement,
or a full refund.
Shipping costs for defective returns are covered by Antimattr.
Warranty-related returns
Hardware covered under the 1-year limited warranty may qualify for repair or replacement rather than refund.
Warranty claims follow our Warranty Policy.
Return process
To initiate a return:
Email support@antimattr.one
with your order number and reason.
We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Securely package the item to prevent transit damage.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we arranged the pickup.
Refund timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
approved refunds are processed within 7 business days,
funds are returned to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only, subject to stock availability.
Abuse of return policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we detect abuse of the return system, including excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
Consumer rights (India)
This policy does not override your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
